Another
Another

My fellows tell me it is time to take another road,
Toward a distant valley to sing another ode.
I think someone mentioned some treasure we may find
I pray it is the last one, at least for a time.
Another silent evening, another caravan…
Another castle rising in another land.
I can hear the skirmish in need of someone who
Will listen to the reasons, and know what to do.
They take a little of me in every different place.
Each freely given, to leave an empty space.
Another silent evening, another caravan…
Another castle rising in another land.
An Tir, in the forest, over mug of ale,
Daedin spins a magic in her many tales.
Ealdormere is blessed to be a land of choice.
Deeping sounds of bards and some with angel voice.
Another silent evening, another caravan…
Another castle rising in another land.
Granite is the Northshield, bright Her winter flame
Voices of Her people have a thousand names.
Falcon flying freely, a sky without cloud.
Hear voices rising, surely they are proud.
Another silent evening, another caravan…
Another castle rising in another land.
Meridies, the gulf land, marvel of such worth.
Soon will she a daughter in blessing give birth
The Sun will soon be rising, no gallantry in vain,
O’er Estrella mountain song as bright as flame.
Another silent evening, another caravan…
Another castle rising in another land.
The Crescent and the Tyger and the Dragon have been home
A pleasant space to dwell at whiles ere I have to roam
Duty calls and trumpet cries, “take you to the sand.”
It is no time for resting when a need is at hand.
Another silent evening, another caravan…
Another castle rising in another land.
